For a company, part of a multinational group, with a view to globally strengthening systems and processes, we are looking for a: Digital & Innovation Specialist - Junior Project Manager Servizi HR Reporting directly to the Global Innovation Senior Manager, you will be responsible for implementing innovation projects on existing tools (CRM, Marketing Automation, ATS, WMS, LXP) at a global level, defining the method, scope and approach, coordinating the project team. You will also be responsible for supporting the strategic analysis and identifying improvement areas. Key Responsibilities: - Design project requirements from Business need; - Review and redesign part of the business model; - Projects management in collaboration with PMO; - Conduct studies and research on new technologies; - Define scope, plan and risks to reach the goal; - Identify the stakeholder that need to be involved in the activity; - Monitor the project execution and support the team in solving problems. Job Requirements: - University Degree preferably in Economical field; - Preferably coming from a multinational context - human resources sector; - Experience in a similar role at least 2 years; - Knowledge of Project Management methodologies; - Knowledge of business and IT process and procedures; - Process design and software life cycle knowledge; - English fluent in both written and spoken; - Complete the profile: result orientation, excellent interpersonal and relational skills, proactivity, determination and problem solving.
