We are looking for an exceptional and proactive organizational talent to join our team. **The Role & Requirements** We are seeking a multitasking, resilient professional with a passion for the music and show business. **Core Duties**: - Manage and organize the Production Department’s agenda and workflow.
- Coordinate all logistics and communication with artists.
- Conduct site inspections (sopralluoghi) prior to events to assess operational needs.
- Develop professional and engaging PowerPoint presentations.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with light social media management. **We Require**
- Experience working in show business or live event environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint) and/or Canva.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), other foreign languages is a significant plus.
- Basic Proficiency in Social Media Management. **Important Note** This is a professional contractor role requiring self-employment status (Italian _Partita Iva_ or equivalent).
