Through its global distribution network, the Company's products are sold in over 120 countries. The Inventory Analyst is responsible for overseeing inventory management processes and ensuring inventory accuracy. This role identifies, analyzes, and resolves discrepancies while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to maintain efficient inventory operations.
Responsibilities:
Ensure inventory accuracy by reconciling transactions at the location level to maintain precise on-hand inventory reporting
Collaborate with domestic and international warehouse and filler management to address inventory-related issues
Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations at designated locations
Perform necessary inventory adjustments and item reconciliations
Work closely with supply planners, material planners, third-party warehouse management, and fillers to ensure accurate fulfillment and reporting of transfer orders and receipts
Classify inventory based on aging reports and highlight critical cases for review
Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Education/Experience:
1+ year of experience in Inventory Management
Required Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Adaptability to work in various environments, including office settings and warehouses
Fluency in English
