PpbWe are looking for a Project Qualifications Planner to join HQ Project Qualifications Management team in Milan. /b /p pReporting directly to the Senior Project Qualifications Planner, you will: /p ul liAllocate and assess the feasibility of qualification tests during the tender phase. /li liSupport the bidding phase by identifying qualification slots and estimating related costs, timing and location. /li liOrganize and coordinate all the preliminary phases related to testing activities testing activities, including ordering and availability of materials (cables and accessories), workforce allocation (jointers), and laboratories allocation. /li liOversee the planning and preparation of electrical, mechanical and non-electrical qualification tests performed in External/Internal Laboratories. /li liHave a portfolio overview to properly allocate slots and workforce according to priorities. /li liEnsure on‑time qualification execution through effective risk mitigation and performance monitoring. /li liInteract with Internal Customers to ensure correct and timely execution of all tests. /li /ul h3Who are we looking for? /h3 ul liA master’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field /li liMinimum of 3 years of proven experience in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) industry or a project‑based business. /li liFluency in English and Italian both written and spoken /li liDeep knowledge of Excel and MS Project, ability to manage databases /li liOrganized mindset /li liFlexibility, adaptability, and problem‑solving skills /li liWillingness to travel (also abroad, up to 50%) /li liStrong communication interpersonal skills /li liDecision making attitude, critical thinking /li liStrong teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious mindset /li /ul pPrysmian, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
