Responsibilities
* Draft, review, and archive legal documents such as partnership agreements, vendor contracts, building leases, and legal-related SOPs.
* Prepare meeting minutes related to legal issues and company matters.
* Check the accuracy and compliance of legal documents with company policies.
* Receive, write, archive, and distribute letters and important documents, both physical and digital.
* Manage and classify company data systematically to ensure easy access.
* Handle phone calls, respond to incoming emails, and direct communication to the appropriate parties.
* Assist other departments in completing their administrative and operational tasks.
* Handle operational outlet permits (NIB, TDUP, PIRT, Hygiene & Sanitation Certificate, OSS RBA, signage permits, and other F&B-related licenses).
* Monitor license validity periods and ensure timely renewals.
* Coordinate with government authorities regarding licensing matters.
3. Compliance & Regulatory
* Monitor updates to government regulations related to the F&B industry, labor laws, consumer protection, and food safety.
* Help ensure outlet operations comply with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
* Assist in drafting internal policies based on applicable regulations.
4. Contract Management
* Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts with vendors, landlords, and third parties.
* Maintain organized and easily accessible contract filing.
* Ensure all contracts are fully signed according to company procedures.
5. Legal Support for Operations
* Provide basic legal support to HR, Purchasing, and outlet operations teams.
* Assist in handling minor disputes such as customer complaints, vendor issues, or outlet compliance matters.
* Support legal audits or internal investigations as required.
