In this role, you will lead SAP WM-enabled warehouse optimization for clients, shaping warehouse processes and layout configurations. You'll work within IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers to deliver hands-on SAP expertise to global customers. You will drive workshops, testing, and go-live activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and measurable impact. Lead the implementation and optimization of warehouse processes using SAP WM from requirements gathering to go-live
Conduct workshops to analyze business needs and define inbound/outbound processes (receiving, put away, picking, packing, shipping) and physical/cycle counting
Configure warehouse layout (storage types, bins, activity areas) and manage integrations with SD/MM/PP/QM modules
Support testing phases (UAT), cutover, and hyper care, ensuring proper documentation and governance
Collaborate with project teams and contribute to pre-sales activities and solution demos
Responsabilità
Solid experience with SAP WM in implementation or rollout projects
Strong skills in customizing (SPRO) and managing storage types, bins, picking and put away processes
Knowledge of integration with SD/MM/PP/QM modules
Ability to troubleshoot and analyze system logs
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
