The GEB Business Service Centre (BSC) in Assago, Italy, is a service company that will be primarily focusing on providing services to our clients and network partners and support the overall division activity. The GEB HR Specialist will be dealing with all operational HR topics linked to an employee lifecycle. The incumbent will part of the GEB Human Resources Team.
The GEB HR Specialist will be involved in a wide range of HR activities and will focus on the Italian based primarily. Main Accountabilities (non-exhaustive list):
* Acting as a truly business partner for the relevant departments
* Promote a collaborative and inclusive environment that facilitates the engagement of employees and their professional development
* Recruit highly qualified employees, fostering diversity and inclusion in the organization
* Promote a fair performance-based appraisal methodology to properly evaluate employees’ performance and reward them
* Develop the full potential of GEB’s workforce by supporting the implementation of training and development programs for employees
* Prepare the monthly payroll data to be processed by the external payroll provider and control the payslips accuracy
* Participate to payroll, HR Admin, Comp&Ben, labour cost and workforce planning activities
* Provide counselling and support on policies and procedures Adhere to laws and regulations
* Contribute to the further development of HRIS
* Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting & promotion and HR reporting analytics
* Contribute to the GEB governance model and to the related organizational changes
* Ensure gender and diversity concepts are well spread within the organisation
* Support actively Employer Branding and internal communication activities
* Contribute to HR initiatives/projects, in collaboration with the whole GEB HR team
* Liaise with HR professionals within the Group to promote GEB employees, values and initiatives
* Report to Finance payroll data
* Design, implement and then daily manage comprehensive and competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and engage employees
* Conduct analyses and benchmarking studies to ensure salary structures and benefits remain competitive
* Provide insights on HR budgets, cost efficiency, and workforce trends to inform decision-making (through one off analysis or recurrent reporting)
* Manage company car fleet

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, with a strong passion for people
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Italian market within the HR field
* Solid understanding of local Italian HR practices and regulations
* International experience is a strong advantage, though not essential
* Fluent in Italian and English at a business level; any additional language, especially French, is considered an asset
* Dynamic and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership
* Resilient, with excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities with adaptability and efficiencyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making
* Positive mindset, highly motivated to drive change
* Willingness to work in an international and multicultural environment
