We are looking for a motivated Laboratory Technician to join our Product and Technology Innovation (P&TI) team. The successful candidate will support laboratory activities related to product development, testing, and validation, working in close collaboration with cross-functional technical teams.

In this role, you will contribute to the development and optimization of NMS new solutions, collaborating closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Technical Leaders, and Technology Experts. You will provide hands-on support in the preparation of laboratory samples and in the execution of both instrumental and non-instrumental analyses.
You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of experimental activities, helping translate technical requirements into practical laboratory work. This position offers the opportunity to operate in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment, where attention to detail, scientific rigor, and teamwork are essential to achieving project objectives.Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and manage laboratory samples in accordance with defined protocols and procedures (preparation of dispersions, formulations and coating application on substrates)
* Perform instrumental and non-instrumental analyses, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results
* Support Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Technical Leaders, and Technology Experts in experimental activities
* Record, analyze, and report data in a clear and structured manner
* Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
* Contribute to continuous improvement of laboratory xjrgpwk processes and methodologies
