About You
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum one year retail management experience.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills.
Understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension.
Customer service orientation.
Ability to analyze sales reports and problem-solve strategically.
Physical ability to stand during shifts and maneuver weights up to 75 lbs.
Ability to operate POS system.
