Position Overview
Lead the development of advanced guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) systems for precision weapons and autonomous platforms. Candidates must have demonstrated experience leading full-cycle defense R&D; programs from concept to deployment.
Major Duties
• Design advanced guidance laws
• Develop INS/GPS navigation systems
• Build terminal guidance systems (radar, IR, laser)
• Develop guidance kits and conversion systems
• Lead HWIL simulation and testing
• Manage production and system validation
Required Competencies
• GNC systems expertise
• Kalman filtering and sensor fusion
• Terminal guidance systems
• Simulation and modeling (6-DOF, Monte Carlo)
• Real-time embedded guidance systems
Education & Experience
• Master's or PhD in Aerospace, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering
• GNC specialization required
• 15+ years of relevant experience in guidance and control systems R&D;
• At least 5–7 years in senior leadership roles
• Experience in defense guidance systems
• Proven leadership in GNC programs
