What You’ll Do As a Senior Consultant in our A&S team, you will: Work on complex, high-impact client engagements from design through delivery — across global, multi-disciplinary teams. Support the implementation of cutting-edge assessment and succession solutions ensuring measurable business outcomes. Engage and influence clients, including CHROs and C-suite leaders, acting as a trusted advisor on talent strategy. Translate insights into action by helping clients interpret assessment data and embed it into leadership development and succession planning. Build long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand impact across Korn Ferry’s broader capabilities. Shape and execute client account plans aligning with regional and global strategies. What You Bring Solid experience in a client-facing consulting or talent strategy role. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a focus on listening, influencing, and building trust. A passion for assessment, leadership development, and succession planning, with the ability to turn data into strategic action. A collaborative, agile mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. A Bachelor’s degree (Psychology or related field preferred); advanced degrees are a plus.
