Within the Group Tax Risk Management and Regulation function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team. The role provides direct support to the Group Tax Risk Manager in the overall governance and development of the Tax Control Framework (TCF).Key responsibilities of the role will include:
Developing, updating, and enhancing internal methodologies related to tax risk managementMaintaining and continuously improving the Tax Risk & Control Matrix, ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal control requirementsCoordinating and aligning Italian tax risk management processes with equivalent initiatives being implemented across international operationsManaging data and information requests from other corporate functions, including Group Financial Reporting Risk, Data Quality, and Operational RiskSupporting the Cooperative Compliance and Litigation Team in activities connected to the management and evolution of the Cooperative Compliance regime
RequirementsOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Degree in Economics or LawAt least 1 year of experience in the tax fieldProven knowledge of Italian tax regulations and leading practices in risk management, governance, and internal controlsKnowledge of corporate finance principles and risk analysis/assessment methodologies, including economic/financial and reputational impacts
