You will work closely with sales, marketing, and other internal teams, acting as a central point of contact for customers and partners while contributing to the success of the MX Sales organisation in Kortrijk. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliMaintain and update CRM data, ensuring contacts and activities are accurately logged /liliValidate, enrich, and qualify inbound and outbound leads from various sources (e.g. phone, web, campaigns, tradeshows) within agreed SLAs /liliAssign leads to the appropriate sales managers, business development managers, partners, or distributors /liliCommunicate proactively and reactively with prospects and customers via phone and email /liliRespond to customer enquiries by leveraging internal knowledge and collaborating with teams such as product management, service, supply chain, and finance /liliFacilitate virtual product demonstrations and coordinate sales appointments /liliSupport the handling of pre-sales-related NPS detractors /liliContribute to projects aimed at identifying, nurturing, and converting leads /liliSupport marketing and sales initiatives to generate appointments, leads, and subscriptions /liliOccasionally participate in customer meetings or support regional events /liliShare best practices with global teams to improve conversion rates and marketing ROI /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliBachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience /liliExperience in a commercial or customer service environment; inside sales experience is a plus /liliFluent in French and English, Spanish or Italian; knowledge of Dutch or Arabic is an asset /liliAbility to work independently in an international environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders /liliStrong organisational skills combined with technical affinity /liliSupportive and collaborative mindset, with a strong focus on helping sales teams achieve their goals /liliCommercial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented can-do attitude /liliStrong problem-solving skills with ownership and accountability /liliCreative mindset to support marketing and sales initiatives /liliGood proficiency in Microsoft Office tools /liliFamiliarity with CRM systems or lead management tools is considered an asset /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
