Do Work That Matters - Your Role and Responsibilities
At KPMG, you will have the opportunity to help clients, the company, and colleagues address and solve complex challenges. Our Advisory services support business model transformation, process improvement, digitisation, risk analysis, and finance transactions.
Joining the Governance, Risk, Compliance and Sustainability Services team, you will help transform risks into opportunities, improve governance systems, and develop innovative solutions for strategic risk management.
You will serve as a key contact for top-tier clients, leveraging your experience in:
* Design, implementation, and assessment of internal control systems on financial reporting, including risk assessment, process documentation, testing, gap analysis, and reporting;
* Design and implementation of compliance programs (e.g., anti-bribery, Legislative decree no. 231, Antitrust, Legislative decree no. 262);
* Integrated compliance and digital platform design.
Your Skills and Characteristics - Come As You Are
This role is ideal if you have:
* A master's degree in business, management, finance, engineering management, or related fields, with additional certifications in accounting, auditing, or control;
* At least one year of experience in similar roles or as an auditor in consulting firms or internal audit departments;
* Leadership skills and experience managing large teams;
* Excellent English skills, preferably with international study or work experience;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytics tools;
* Interest in consumer and industrial markets;
* Professional certifications like CIA, CRM, or CFE are a plus.
Successful candidates will be goal-oriented, problem-solvers, with strong communication skills, client focus, enthusiasm, and the ability to work collaboratively and innovate.
