Job Title
Assistant Scientist – PKG (TD) – Temporary Contract, MSAT Department
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and coordination of “New Product Introduction / Technical Transfer” projects with cross‑functional teams.
- Identify risks proactively and define mitigation strategies.
- Assess business impact, quality, compliance, and safety in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with product introduction timelines while balancing base production needs.
- Communicate project status to MSAT Senior Manager and Global Functions to align with production plans.
- Ensure timely availability of quality documentation required for project execution.
- Investigate and support resolution of non‑conformances during project activities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or Chemistry.
- At least six months of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in oral solid production.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical production lines, processes, materials, and equipment.
- Fluent in English (B2 level and above).
- Strong understanding of quality, compliance, and GMP related to manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical products.
- Basic experience in Project Management.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, multi‑department environment and handle shop‑floor urgencies.
- Capacity to coordinate a cross‑functional team to ensure on‑time execution of project activities.
- Ownership and accountability mindset.
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Basic knowledge of PAT, MVA, and Chemometrics applications.
- Ability to lead calls with customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prepare smart proposals for project approaches.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to present scientific data and concepts effectively to international standards.

Temporary Contract – 12 months, with potential extension
