IT HELP DESK Reports to IT Manager Main Tasks and Responsibilities: - To install new software and hardware components - To regularly evaluate company’s IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary needs of all users, updating system software and tracking the data and communications used on the network. - To resolve all issues company users may have with their IT systems and software - To support the day-to-day operations of company computer network - To support the day-to-day operation of Applications Team Skills required: - High School Diploma, preferred in IT - Fluent in English and Italian - Strong knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming, computer hardware technologies - Excellent and effective interpersonal skills - Customer oriented mindset - Good communication and ability to synthesize - Good problem solving and ability to find out solutions - Teamworking e teambuilding - Proactivity, precision and attention to details/numbers - Commitment - Flexibility & Adaptability - Ability to work in a very dynamic environment - Self-motivation and great sense of responsibility and confidentiality, personal ethics, tact and diplomacy IT Help Desk Requirements: - High school diploma. - Diploma in computer science or a related field is preferable. - Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. - Good communication ability, both written and verbal. - Personable, professional demeanor.
