As SteelcoBelimed, we “Innovate with confidence”, setting new industry standards to meet our customer’s needs offering high-quality products and comprehensive services for Infection Control and Life Science. /p h3Your Tasks Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead/coordinate negotiation of all major project purchases in commodities defined, utilizing available department resources as assigned by supervisor and working within business-unit. /li liLeads and directs the operational buyer and carries the responsibility for the level of inventory in the commodity group/category. /li liElaboration and enforcement of supplier contracts (NDA, quality agreements, business agreements, etc.) in the international environment with service and development partners. /li liManagement of the supplier portfolio in the commodity group/category incl. supplier market analysis, benchmarks and price negotiations. /li liProject related execution of RFQs, purchase price analysis and negotiations including 'Supplier first evaluation'. /li liResponsible for achieving targets such as purchasing savings and inventory targets of the commodity group/category. /li liPerform supplier audit together with RA/QA. /li liCreate monthly key performance indicators (KPI), evaluate and derive measures. /li liPerform annual risk analysis of key suppliers. /li liActively support the plants (Manufacturing) in finding solutions to supplier issues to enable these departments to achieve their delivery targets. /li liSupport by solving complex complaints with suppliers and delivery problems. /li liActively support RD to successfully launch new products based on existing or new suppliers. /li liMaintain key supplier and material master data. /li liStrive for internal process improvements and best practices. /li liEnsure suppliers are prepared for production and handle deliverables including all needed system updates. /li liEnsure compliance with procurement policies and standards. /li liCreate, document and implement standards to help guide the improvement program. /li liWork with PM to decline supplier’s operation plan. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 h3Education /h3 pBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. /p h3Skills Competencies /h3 ul liStrong negotiation and communication skills even in difficult situations. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office tools, ERP system SAP, Purchasing processes, negotiation strategies and data analysis.
