Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate infotainment and sound system development across multiple vehicle platforms;
* Define and verify specifications for Infotainment Head Units, Navigation systems, Smartphone interfaces, Audio systems and peripheral devices;
* Manage diagnostics, power/network management, and software pre-delivery verification;
* Ensure compliance with functional safety standards (ISO 26262), regulatory guidelines, and OEM certification processes;
* Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams using tools like Jira, Confluence;
* Support homologation, certification, and validation activities across global markets;
* Maintain documentation and deliverables using industry-standard formats and platforms.
Requirements
* Proven experience in automotive infotainment and sound system development;
* Strong system engineering and architecture skills;
* Knowledge of CAN, Ethernet, LIN, MOST, Audio Bus Protocols (A2B, AVB), Navigation systems, Android Automotive and CarPlay certification processes;
* Familiarity with VW Group standards and development processes is a plus;
* Hands-on experience with tools: Jira, Confluence.
