About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
Senior Project Manager
to lead complex international projects involving rotating equipment, with a particular focus on industrial fans and air handling systems.
This role requires a strong combination of technical knowledge and project management expertise, ideally developed in industries such as energy, oil & gas, heavy industry, or large-scale industrial equipment manufacturing.
You will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of technically demanding projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage projects involving rotating equipment from contract award through execution and final delivery
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and site activities
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contractual requirements
Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and contractual obligations
Manage project reporting, documentation, and internal communication
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management within industrial environments
Proven experience managing projects involving rotating equipment such as industrial fans, compressors, turbines, blowers, or pumps
Strong technical understanding of rotating machinery and mechanical systems
Experience working in international and complex project environments
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP systems
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is considered a plus
Mechanical Engineering degree or similar technical background
