What You’ll Do
* Build fast, secure, and scalable back-end services with cutting-edge tech.
* Collaborate with developers, DevOps, QA, Product Owners, and UX Designers in a global team.
* Estimate, plan, and review user stories and code to enhance our products.
* Contribute to an agile, innovative development process.
* Mentor and develop internal talent.
What You Bring
* 5+ years of experience in back-end development ( Java 8+, JavaEE ).
* Strong expertise in Microservices, RESTful APIs, Spring Framework, Hibernate, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL, JUnit, and Git .
* Solid understanding of OOP, CI/CD, Agile, and software architecture .
* Bonus: Knowledge of Docker, OAuth, ElasticSearch, Redis, FHIR/HL7, or UML .
* Excellent communication & problem-solving skills, with fluency in English.
* A team player with a solution-oriented mindset and a passion for collaboration.
