Job Summary
The candidate will manage engineering programs from the initial purchase order (PO) to the closure of the PO, including product or service delivery.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Manage multiple programs for customers in naval, defense, and aerospace applications.
* Create GANTT charts for each program.
* Coordinate meetings and project reviews with customers.
* Develop risk registers with project leaders for each program.
* Report on program status, including costs, timelines, and quality, to the program management head.
* Support the quality department during audits with customers and quality authorities.
* Prioritize tasks across different departments.
* Coordinate internal review meetings.
* Resolve internal allocation conflicts.
* Gather and analyze customer requests.
* Report directly to the Head of Program Management.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience in the aerospace environment (optional).
* Knowledge of ISO 9100 and EU 748/2012 standards (optional).
* Familiarity with Space rule ECSS-M-ST-10C (optional).
* Experience with Inertial Navigation Systems (optional).
* Understanding of contracts and agreements.
* Knowledge of basic lean management principles.
* Basic understanding of cost analysis.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
* English language skills at B2 level (written and spoken).
