This includes coordinating, monitoring, and planning project phases, forecasting costs, and managing deadlines. The ES has management and engineering responsibilities, including setting work plans, defining budgets, handling technical aspects, and coordinating project teams. The specific tasks of the Engineering Specialist include: Project planning: Identifying strategies and developing detailed work plans (GANTT). Internal communication: Providing timely updates to managers through reports. External communication: Interacting with suppliers, contractors, and external agencies. Budget management: Managing project costs, evaluating expenses, approving CAPEX via CAR, and monitoring spending. Project team management: Coordinating and monitoring team activities. Editing of URS: Preparing technical documents for equipment procurement. Execution of FAT/SAT/Commissioning: Planning and monitoring functional tests to validate design assumptions. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience as a Process Engineer in the pharmaceutical sector. Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering. Project Management certification is a plus.
