Your responsibilities :
Management of product references and configuration
• Create references for finished products in the ERP system and ensure that their nomenclatures are updated across all of the group's sites.
• Ensure consistency in product names in collaboration with product managers.
• Oversee the process of creating references in the ERP system, coding designations, and managing the lifecycle of components and products.
Change management :
• Manage changes in coordination with development and operational teams.
• Formalize change requests (ECN), lead the teams involved, assess impacts, monitor approvals, decide on implementation, and ensure deployment.
Document consistency & support for manufacturers :
• Review and validate working documents provided by industrial partners, with the support of business experts.
• Validate internal testing and traceability tools used in production.
About you :
• Technical or industrial associate's or bachelor's degree.
• Ideally, initial experience in configuration management, industrialization, or technical data management (PLM/ERP).
• Rigorous, organized, good communication skills, and collaborative spirit.
• Comfortable with ERP tools and industrial environments.
• Knowledge of technical English, both written and spoken, is essential for this position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
