WHAT WE LOOK FOR
We are looking for a Helpdesk IT – Backoffice to join our team on a part-time or internship basis, working on-site or in hybrid mode (office/facility and remote work) in Avezzano (AQ), Italy.
Requirements:
* University degree is not mandatory if the candidate has a minimum level of experience
* High school diploma as IT Technician (Perito Informatico)
* English level: minimum B1+
* Strong passion for IT and system administration
Technical skills required:
* System Administration
* Windows Server
* Linux Server (Ubuntu / RedHat oriented)
* Networking
* TCP/IP fundamentals
* NAT / NAT forwarding
* Firewall configuration
* VPN, Proxy, DMZ concepts
* Virtualization
* Preferably Proxmox and/or VMware
* LAMP Stack (Backend)
* Linux
* Apache
* MySQL
* PHP
* (Theoretical knowledge is acceptable)
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Helpdesk IT, you will be responsible for:
* First and second-level IT support
* Technical backoffice and ticket management
* Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows and Linux systems
* Support in managing network infrastructure
* Troubleshooting activities on systems, networks and virtual environments
* Supporting server and backend service management
