We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented Sales Coordinator and Support to join our International Sales team. In this dynamic and multifaceted role, the Sales Coordinator & Support will serve as a central hub for indirect sales activities and act as a valuable sparring partner within our international team. He/She will contribute significantly to the success of our global network by managing processes, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operations across borders.
Main Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President International Indirect Sales and the Backoffice team
2. Draft and prepare communications for both internal and external stakeholders
3. Coordinate and manage key administrative processes
4. Support visits from international physicians and distributors
5. Create, analyse, and manage sales reports
6. Creation of professional presentations in English
7. Independently monitor payment behaviour of distributor countries
8. Respond to customer requests in collaboration with internal departments (Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Logistics, Product Management, Medical Education, etc.)
Skills
9. At least 2/3 years of professional experience in a similar position
10. Proven experience working with international customers (Europe, Asia, Middle East, LATAM)
11. Excellent verbal Italian and written English skills; additional languages (e.g. German, Spanish) are a plus
12. Solid MS Office skills, ERP system experience preferred
13. Confident, structured, and professional communicator with outstanding organisational skills
14. Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented with a goal- and solution-driven mindset
15. Customer-focused with the ability to think strategically and work across functions
