In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Support the relevant Project Manager in understanding, managing, and achieving each customer's expectations.
Take ownership of engineering activities and proactively apply methodologies, resources, and techniques to minimize execution costs while maintaining schedule and quality standards.
Be a focal point for all technical communication with the customer for the assigned work.
Fully understand the scope of work for all allocated engineering outputs and ensure delivery to the required quality, budget, and schedule, advising the Manager of any customer-initiated scope changes.
Support management in creating an inclusive and supportive environment within the project team and actively support team members in achieving personal development objectives.
Contribute to bid activities to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and propose innovative, efficient solutions.

For This Role, You Will Need:
An engineering degree, state-certified technician, completed vocational training, or equivalent knowledge.
3+ years of relevant industry experience with a proven track record in managing system design, implementation, and factory/site acceptance tests of process automation control systems (DCS preferred).
Ability to lead a technical team; leadership experience is preferred.
Experience with direct customer contact.
Proficiency in Italian and English (verbal and written).
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Knowledge and experience in Lifesciences market and batch applications.
Knowledge and experience in cybersecurity and networking (VLAN, router, network segmentation).
Knowledge and experience in DCS control systems (DeltaV preferred).
