Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)

Job location: Milan, Italy; Remote Italy; Remote Greece; Remote Spain
Responsibilities
* Manage and administer our endpoint landscape (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android) using Microsoft Intune and Azure Virtual Desktop, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
* Collaborate closely with our IT security team, particularly in endpoint hardening and vulnerability and patch management.
* Advise, plan, and implement various Microsoft 365 technologies and modern workplace solutions.
* Create and adapt scripts (PowerShell and/or Bash) for automation and process optimization.
* Distribute and package software, as well as troubleshoot for Windows and Mac environments.
* Conduct training for end users and IT colleagues to promote the secure and efficient use of our IT tools.
Qualifications
* Expert knowledge of Microsoft Intune and/or Azure Virtual Desktop.
* In-depth knowledge on PowerShell.
* Successfully completed education or degree in IT.
* Practical experience in managing Windows, iOS, Android, and Mac systems.
* Familiarity with ITIL and ServiceNow, as well as other Microsoft 365 and Entra products, is advantageous.
* Ideally, you have certifications in Microsoft 365 (e.g., Modern Desktop, Security, SharePoint, or Teams Administrator) and experience with the Qualys Cloud Platform.
* Strong communication skills in German and English, along with an analytical, solution-oriented, and proactive working style.
