About the Role
You will be part of the HR & Administration Office at our plant in Pozzuolo Martesana, near Milan, supporting the HR Plant Manager in daily HR activities.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide legal guidance to the HR Manager on labor law and documentation.
* Manage hiring procedures and all procedures related to secondments within the EU and Non-EU.
* Support Line Managers in facilitating the employee lifecycle.
* Handle key HR processes such as talent acquisition, performance management, rewards, career development, workforce planning, and budgeting, especially for the workers population.
* Participate in full lifecycle recruitment.
* Manage HR-related administrative tasks.
Who We Are Looking For
* Master’s degree in Law or Business Management.
* 2-3 years of experience in HR, HR Administration, or as a labor consultant.
* Good knowledge of labor law, tax, social security, and contractual regulations.
* Strong analytical skills, precision, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines, with confidentiality.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify issues and provide timely solutions, with teamwork capability.
* Proactive, dynamic approach, and ability to work effectively under pressure, handling confidential or sensitive matters.
* Excellent interpersonal and project management skills, maintaining high professional standards for customer service and work quality.
IT Skills
* MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* SAP HR
* Knowledge of payroll software is a plus.
Languages
* Willingness to be available for international mobility.
