Gewiss is looking for a Marketing Specialist - Value proposition. The candidate will join the Strategic Marketing Department, working closely with business units and international cluster and delivering multiple projects and topics simultaneously, with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
The candidate will support the Content&Interactive Mktg Manager in developing the Product & Service Value Proposition for the new launches in the Gewiss Roadmap. The main activities will be:
1. Collaborate with the Innovation Mktg Team in the definition of new concepts (Insight, Benefit and Reason why)
2. By leveraging on customer/market insights on an agile approach in partnership with internal teams and external suppliers, participate in the definition of the identity cards of the buyer personas (targets)
3. Tailor the customer journey in compliance with priorities for every market channels and align it with the countries on a practical level
4. Support the launch of each new feature/product/service providing full directin and guidance to Marketing team
5. Always partnering with business unit departments
6. Ensure the consistency between communication tools and the Unique Selling Proposition
7. Monitor the work in progress creation of touchpoints and the countries development
Requisiti
8. Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related disciplines
9. Previous experience (1-2 years), preferably in structured multinational companies
10. Knowledge inbound and outbound marketing approach and international markets
11. Experience working collaboratively with individuals and teams
12. English proficiency at least B2 level
13. Clear minded, well organized in planning and focused on execution
14. Attentive to details and self-motivated with project management skills
