**About the Role** We are seeking an experienced **Finance Manager** to lead all financial and accounting activities for the **Humidity Control Technologies (HCT) Business Line** in Italy. In this role, you will oversee financial reporting, business control, investment activities, tax and treasury, risk management, and payroll. You will act as a key financial partner for the **Business Unit Manager Italy**, while ensuring transparent communication with headquarters in Sweden on performance, development, and strategic matters. As Finance Manager, you will also manage the local Finance team, drive improvements in financial processes, and ensure compliance with both Italian regulations and Munters global policies. This is a **hybrid role**, allowing flexibility to work remotely, but requires **regular presence at our office in Imperia several days per week**. **Your Key Tasks & Responsibilities** Ensure compliance with tax reporting, treasury operations, and government requirements. **Your Profile** We are looking for someone who is: A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities. **Qualifications & Experience** 5–7+ years of experience in finance/accounting, ideally in an international environment. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance in Italy. Hands-on experience with audits, risk handling, and treasury operations.
