Position details
TransPerfect is currently looking for Italian language trainers to join our team of language training professionals. As a language trainer with TransPerfect, you will deliver language classes to our clients from a variety of sectors and cultural backgrounds.
Responsibilities
Main Objectives
- Prepare lesson plans and deliver effective training
- Be prepared to develop complementary course materials to meet learners’ needs
- Assess language levels
- Create language content
- Engage learners in the learning process and keep motivation levels high
- Monitor progress and evaluate learners’ performance throughout the course
- Apply TransPerfect’s teaching methodology and be prepared to adjust lessons to different culturally-based learning styles
- Take part in TransPerfect’s Language Trainer development plans and additional training
Education and Experience
- Native or native proficiency in Italian
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' experience teaching French
- Experience in the production and marketing of oil, biofuels, natural gas, renewable energy and electricity (preferred)
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of the corporate business environment
- Knowledge of a second language
