Pursuant to and for the purposes of article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, we hereby inform you that the data that you provide in this questionnaire, including any sensitive data (i.e. data allowing the disclosure of racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions, membership of political parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade-union nature, as well as personal data disclosing your health and sexual orientation), is confidential data and shall be processed exclusively to carry out activities strictly related to the recruitment, selection, evaluation of the professional adequacy of the candidate and for the management of the future employment or co-operation relationship.
The processing of the personal data you provided shall be carried out manually or with the help of electronic, automated tools, in any case adequate to guarantee the confidentiality and safety of the information.
Such data shall be held for a maximum period of 2 years, and shall then be deleted, unless differently agreed with the person involved.
With reference to the nature of the data and to the purposes of the processing, the communication of your personal data shall be considered optional.
Data collected may also be disclosed, for the above mentioned purposes, to third parties based within the national territory and abroad, such as:
* data processing companies;
* company advisors;
* companies controlled by the Group.
Finally, please note that article 7 of the Legislative Decree grants you specific rights, that may be exercised within the limits and the conditions set out in articles 8, 9 and 10 of the same Decree. In particular, you may obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you exists, and communication of such data in tangible form. You shall also have the right to be informed of the source of the personal data, of the purposes and methods of the processing, the right to obtain erasure, anonymization or blocking of data, if there has been a breach of the law, as well as updates and changes or, where interested therein, integration of the data; to oppose, for lawful reasons, the processing of such data. The above mentioned rights may be exercised by making a request to the Data Controller, Safilo S.p.A., secondary headquarters in 35129 Padova, Settima Strada 15.
