Job Description

Role:PROGETTISTA per progetti sociali.
We are looking for a professional specialized in writing, managing and reporting social projects, capable of translating ideas into concrete proposals to obtain funding from public and private entities.
Requires specific skills in project management methodologies, economic management, context analysis, and excellent relational and organizational skills, as well as deep knowledge of the sector and its calls.
Responsibilities
Ideation & Planning: Analyze territorial needs and beneficiaries to design coherent, measurable social interventions.
Proposal Writing: Develop complete project proposals with objectives, activities, budget, results indicators, and monitoring plans.
Project Management: Oversee the entire project life cycle from initiation to monitoring and reporting, respecting deadlines and budgets.
Funding Search: Identify and respond to public and private calls, offers, tenders, and funding opportunities (e.g., EU, regional grants, foundations).
Co-creation: Collaborate with public and private stakeholders to develop projects participatively.
Qualifications
Technical and transversal competences:
Project Management: Familiarity with PCM, Logical Framework, RBM, and Theory of Change.
Risk & Budget Analysis: Ability to assess risks and manage project budgets.
Writing: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Data Analysis: Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
Soft skills: Problem-solving, creativity, teamwork, coordination, precision and reliability.
Knowledge of the Third Sector: Understanding of regulations and particularities of third sector entities (social cooperatives, associations, foundations).
Educational requirements:
Degree or master's in disciplines related to international cooperation, social sciences, third-sector management or related areas.
Minimum 2 years of experience in developing project proposals.
