Job Description Hitachi Rail seeks an enthusiastic, self-motivated Commissioning Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role involves a range of tasks from administrative to strategic, based in Naples, Italy. Mission Plan and manage all Test & Commissioning activities for the project, supporting the Project Engineer, ensuring adherence to standards, regulations, and project strategy. Coordinate the T&C team Collaborate with the V&V manager to define the V&V strategy for field application. Accountabilities Define commissioning strategy and schedule, ensuring integration with construction activities and project delivery. Guarantee timely project handover. Required Skills & Knowledge Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering or IT qualifications / Degree or equivalent technical background. 3-5 years of experience. Fluent in Italian; proficiency in English is a plus. Education / Qualification Master's Degree in Engineering or equivalent. Languages Fluent in English.
