We are looking for a motivated and experienced Bar Manager to join our team and lead our bar operations to new heights.
Responsibilities
* Makes signature cocktails efficiently to the correct specifications
* Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
* Support the organization and cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and storage spaces
* Prepares and serves drinks to guests in the restaurant with a high level of hospitality
* Maintains stock levels by monitoring and passing on any orders that need to be placed
* Sets up and closes down the bar at the start/end of each day
Qualifications
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years as Assistant Bar Manager
Skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good leadership potential with a hands-on, team-oriented attitude
* Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar service techniques
* Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Education & Certifications
* Education: A degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
* Certifications: Responsible beverage service certification (if applicable in your location)
