Spa Therapist
to deliver exceptional wellness experiences by providing high-quality treatments in line with the spa’s philosophy, and playing a key role in creating a calm, restorative, and personalised experience for guests, reflecting the standards of a luxury hotel.
The spa concept is inspired by the surrounding alpine environment and focuses on holistic wellbeing, recovery, and relaxation, combining thermal circuits, signature treatments, and personalised wellness experiences.
Deliver a variety of spa treatments, including massages, body treatments, facials, and wellness rituals, in line with spa protocols. Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in treatment rooms and spa areas. Prepare treatment rooms and ensure correct use of products, equipment, and linens. Promote spa services, treatments, and retail products in a professional and natural manner. Work collaboratively with the spa reception and wellness team to manage bookings and guest flow. Follow all health & safety regulations and service standards.
Certified Spa Therapist with recognized qualifications (massage, beauty therapy, or equivalent). Previous experience in a spa, wellness centre, or luxury hotel environment is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, and skincare fundamentals. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Fluency in English is mandatory; Italian and/or French is a strong advantage. Experience in alpine, resort, or seasonal destinations is an asset.
