Within the Group General Counsel function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the Group Legal Affairs Department, handling administrative activities as well as certain legal operations activities.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
Executive & Legal Administrative Support
* organization of internal meetings and events
* management of office supplies, subscriptions (e.g., legal databases), and coordination of IT and legal tech initiatives
* preparation of presentations, reports, and internal communications
* general secretarial duties: calendar management, scheduling, signatures, correspondence (paper, digital, PEC)
* budgeting and cost monitoring
* management of physical and digital archives in compliance with GDPR
Legal Operations Support
* Judicial Notifications Management: handling of seizures, attachments, bankruptcy procedures, and requests from judicial authorities
* support with powers of attorney, antitrust filings, notarization/legalization processes, and digital signature platforms
* Intellectual Property Support: coordination of trademark-related activities (registrations, renewals, declarations of use), including use of the dedicated digital tool
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years in corporate legal departments
* Familiarity with legal documents management
* Strong knowledge of MS Office (including Copilot and similar AI tools)
* Italian and English fluency
* Degree in Law or related fields will be considered a plus
