UniCredit Foundation is the corporate Foundation of UniCredit Group. We work to create a positive social impact by supporting young people, improving access to education, and strengthening the communities where UniCredit operates.
We believe that education is one of the most powerful tools to reduce inequality and help young people build a better future. Talent is widely distributed, but opportunities are not. Our mission is to close this gap and unlock the potential of Europe’s young generation.
We focus on four main areas:
* Education Support - projects that help students, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, stay in school, develop essential skills, and access quality learning opportunities.
* Educational Research Lab - research conducted with universities and research centers to better understand educational challenges and identify effective solutions.
* Talent Empowerment - programs such as scholarships, research grants, and fellowships that support talented students and researchers across Europe.
* People Engagement - meaningful social initiatives dedicated to UniCredit employees.
