Function:
Your role as Transport planner:
You coordinate transport operations in Italy, maintain effective communication with drivers and colleagues, proactively resolve operational issues, and ensure accurate administrative follow up of all transport activities.
Your tasks:
* You make the planning of the Italian activities.
* You maintain continuous communication with drivers and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
* You proactively resolve operational issues.
* You also ensure accurate administration and follow up of all transport activities.
Profile:
Who you are:
* You have a first experience in transport.
* You work accurately and administrative tasks do not scare you.
* You communicate fluently in English and Italian; other languages are a plus.
* You are a team player, socially strong and dare to communicate clearly when necessary.
