Join Bosch Rexroth Oil Control S.p.A. in Nonantola as a Global Sales Controller. You will support commercial performance and strategic initiatives by delivering data-driven insights across Sales, Finance, PRM, Logistics and Controlling in a cross-functional setting. Your work will shape budgeting, forecasting and quarterly reviews, translating data into actionable business results. This role combines analytics with collaboration to advance our global sales performance and strategic projects. Retribuzione / Benefits Prepare monthly and weekly revenue and BU performance reports consolidating data at Corporate level Analyze key sales KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities Support budgeting and sales forecasting through data analysis and reporting Coordinate and support Quarterly Business Reviews including data collection, memos, reports, and board documentation Monitor progress of projects and verify their conversion into actual business results Support the Sales Controlling team in new projects and business initiatives Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency and accuracy of shared information Prepare periodic analyses and reports to support strategic decision-making and sales performance monitoring Responsabilità Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields Previous experience in controlling, sales controlling, finance, or data analysis roles Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and xrdztoy PowerPoint Experience with CRM systems, Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI), and ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is considered a plus Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills Organizational autonomy, accuracy, and reliability Team-oriented mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to manage priorities and work in a dynamic environment Fluent English is mandatory; German knowledge is a plus Availability for occasional business travel, if required #J-18808-Ljbffr
