Contract Logistics Customer Service Specialist

It's more than just a job As a Contract Logistics Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you'll manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our clients. By doing so with precision, you’ll contribute not only to your team’s success but also to the day‑to‑day operations and success of the warehouse and distribution centers. For example, storing and delivering delicate flowers and fresh ingredients to local shops for everyday lunches and family celebrations. How you create impact

* Help ensure accurate, consistent, and timely information between departments and with customers
* Contribute to customer support activities regarding order shipments, discrepancies, billing, etc.
* Compile, sort, and verify data before order entry and solve potential problems and/or discrepancies
* Investigate overdue and damaged shipments
* Support analysis of complaints relating to billing or the service rendered; send complaints for non‑performance to the responsible services and promptly update customers


What we would like you to bring

* >3 years’ experience in large‑scale (>300FTE) highly automated fulfilment operations, preferably in eCommerce, Fashion, or Retail, with multinational companies and a matrix organisational structure
* Experience with metric‑oriented and data‑analysis‑based work environments characterised by strict SLAs and deadlines; ability to prioritise issues and tasks using ticketing systems
* Deep expertise in managing large‑scale B2B clients and communicating with external senior stakeholders—able to moderate, adapt and link customer needs to warehouse opportunities and capacity
* Required deep fluency in English in both written and spoken communication
* Knowledge of main ERP/WMS systems such as SAP or Blueyonder will be considered a strong plus
