The role includes testing activities both on trains and on test benches (HIL for TCMS, subsystems, and simulated electrical schematics). /ppIn particular the SDE is accountable for: /pulliImplement software logic based on project requirements defined by the Control Engineer. /liliDeliver software releases for the functions and subsystems within their scope. /liliPerform TCMS debugging and support testing activities on benches and trains. /liliProvide proofreading reports following the analysis of project requirements. /liliManage Change Requests (CRs) related to the assigned functions and subsystems. /liliHandle software issues identified during validation activities. /li /ulh3Knowledge Experience /h3ulliExperience on LORE platform (NTV/ETR675/PKP/SBB Trains). /liliSolid knowledge of model-based software development tools such as bMatlab/Simulink /b and bControlBuild /b, specifically in the railway domain. /liliExperience in dynamic test and commissioning of LORE Trains is a plus. /liliHands-on experience in train validation, particularly with bhigh-speed trains /b. /liliFamiliarity with communication protocols such as bMVB /b and bWTB /b. /liliExperience in bTesting Commissioning /b is a plus. /liliAbility to interface with customers on technical topics is a plus. /lilibItalian speaker /b preferred (LORE platform documentation is in Italian). /liliAgile mindset and strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box. /li /ulpYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
