The role involves being a reference point for production staff and line managers, fostering a collaborative work environment aligned with company objectives. Responsibilities: Operational and strategic management of labor relations, including participation in negotiations and meetings with worker representatives; Oversight of employment law compliance and support in managing labor law issues; Coordination of recruitment, onboarding, and induction activities for the industrial personnel; Support in planning and implementing corporate training programs; Assistance in performance management processes and personnel development; Active involvement in projects aimed at improving employee engagement and retention; Participation in organizational analysis activities and projects for restructuring and optimizing HR processes. Requirements: Master's degree in economics, law, humanities, or related fields; Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in structured production environments; Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken; Solid understanding of labor law and union dynamics; Willingness to travel within the territory; Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving orientation, and sensitivity to the industrial context.
