Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, is seeking a proactive, organized, and multi-tasking Demand Planner for its in-house Beauty Division. This role offers an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to oversee the full cycle of planning and supply chain processes.
The Demand Planner will serve as the key interface with sales and commercial teams, leading monthly discussions for their respective customers and products. The role also involves collaborating with Operations to meet service level goals.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
* Review and maintain demand forecasts across multiple time horizons.
* Reconcile variances and discuss assumptions during sales and marketing meetings.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure accurate and current demand information.
* Utilize and maintain planning tools such as Anaplan, Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
* Coordinate with Initiatives and Marketing teams for promotional and new launch forecasts; participate in S&OP meetings.
* Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and implement performance improvements.
* Prepare strategic and ad hoc analyses.
Requirements:
* Master’s Degree required
* 3-4 years of relevant experience
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Analytical, organizational, decision-making, and presentation skills
* Experience with Power BI, Anaplan, and SAP is a plus
Skills and Abilities:
* Proficiency in analysis with understanding of financial and operational impacts
* Ability to handle high-volume data, manual tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
* Trustworthiness and ability to manage confidential information
* Strong interpersonal skills; team player
