We are looking for an experienced HR leader supporting our Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) in EMEA. Reporting directly to the EMEA Executive HR Director, you will be a change agent for the business, working across all aspects of the HR function and owning the implementation and success of HR initiatives for ISG in EMEA. You will also serve as a culture custodian, exemplifying Lenovo's culture and ways of working.
At this level, you are regarded as a source of expertise in HR, responsible for designing and executing HR strategies and providing operational HR excellence. Success in this role requires experience in a complex, matrixed environment, strong business acumen, and effective partnership with senior leaders. You will partner directly with the EMEA ISG Vice President and be part of the leadership team.
Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with senior managers at EMEA and country levels to support organizational and talent needs aligned with business objectives.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders across the organization, both within and outside the ISG.
Enable business strategies through effective partnerships with leaders.
Address HR challenges proactively and implement plans to achieve HR priorities.
Drive change and support Lenovo’s organizational and cultural transformation alongside your business leaders.
Coach managers on employee relations, inspire, develop, and lead a direct report.
Demonstrate pragmatism and develop mutual solutions with business leaders.
Leverage HR industry experience, skills, and knowledge to impact areas such as change management, organizational design, employee engagement, and talent analytics.
Support managers in implementing people plans related to recruitment, training, succession, restructuring, and legal risk mitigation.
Collaborate with HR functions across 38+ countries, requiring high cultural awareness.
Knowledge and Skills:
Proven 8+ years of experience as a Senior HR Manager, with experience in sales organizations as an advantage.
Ability to navigate complex matrix environments and communicate business strategy effectively at all organizational levels.
Strong understanding of HR responsibilities, including business partnership, change management, employee relations, learning development, rewards, and benefits.
Experience coaching mid-career and senior managers through complex challenges.
Experience in change management, particularly in cultural, leadership, and organizational shifts.
Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
