Whether delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, or other similar responsibilities, the Guest Environment Expert makes sure the spaces in the hotel help create a great guest experience. Responsibilities
Deliver guest requests and assist with housekeeping tasks as needed. Stock carts and maintain supplies for housekeeping and public areas. Clean guest rooms and public spaces to required standards. Perform other related duties to ensure a memorable guest experience.
Required Abilities & Expectations
Critical to success: ensure a safe work environment, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, uphold quality standards, and present a professional appearance and communication. Physical requirements: stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
