A snapshot of what you will be doing hereFinancial reporting and analysis:Support in preparing monthly income statements, balance sheets, and financial reportsAnalyse variances between actual results and budget/forecastSupport annual budgeting and forecasting processesControlling and process improvement:Ensure cost control and process efficiency across departmentsSupport in maintaining strong internal controls and support audit requirementsBusiness partnering and decision support:Prepare reporting insights to support management in strategic decisionsCollaborate cross-functionally with local and international teamsLiaise with external auditors and accountants when required We are looking for an individual who:Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, finance, or a related fieldHas 3–4 years of experience in accounting, controlling, or auditingIs highly proficient in Excel and has working knowledge of Power BIDemonstrates strong analytical and organizational skillsPossesses excellent written and spoken EnglishCommunicates effectively and is confident working with international teamsWorks independently, is proactive, and solution-orientedManages deadlines effectively and brings a hands-on mentalityHas previous experience in multinational environments (a plus)❤️ We think you will love working with usBecome part of the TCR success story!
