Education and/or experience in HR administration. Effective communication skills, including presentation skills, are essential. You should be able to inspire and earn trust with associates and managers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required. Flexibility to travel is also necessary.
The role covers two locations. Fluency in both spoken and written Italian is highly proficient. Good command of English (Common European Framework of Reference B1) is required.
Analytical skills are necessary to identify problems, work with numbers and data, run metrics, and generate reports. Confidentiality and composure when handling sensitive data are crucial. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

About the role: We seek individuals eager to build our business and grow with us. Our HR team supports our associates to stay engaged, develop, and perform at their best. As an HR Assistant, you will support core HR activities for a large employee base across multiple sites. This role requires traveling to two locations, including visits during evenings or early mornings, especially for night shift workers. The position is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
Knowledge of local employment law, employee relations, and payroll is advantageous. Experience managing HR information systems, data entry, and attendance monitoring is required. Experience working with operational workforces in factories or similar industries is preferred.
