Join our team as a Finance Project Manager and drive the financial success of a diverse portfolio of projects and service orders. You’ll collaborate closely with project managers and colleagues across the East and South Region in Europe, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Lead commercial project management, ensuring compliance with all commercial, contractual, tax, and legal regulations in line with Siemens Energy’s Project Management Guidelines.
2. Monitor monthly and quarterly forecasting, and support annual budgeting to keep projects financially on track.
3. Partner with Project Managers to prepare and present quarterly project financials to management.
4. Control order intake, sales targets, and costs for your business area, preparing clear monthly reports for management and headquarters.
5. Analyze contract terms, manage claims with customers and suppliers, and execute commercial operations for service orders and maintenance contracts.
What You Bring
6. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
7. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company.
8. Advanced proficiency in Italian and English; German language skills are an advantage.
9. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
10. Excellent planning and self-learning abilities.
11. Willingness to travel as required (10-20% of the time).
