We're seeking a detail-oriented Service Administration Coordinator to manage service schedules and billings, coordinate with technicians and customers, maintain accurate service records, and process service-related documentation.
This role is part of the Customer Care Organization located in Cassina De' Pecchi, Milan. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to the service team, including managing emails, phone calls, quotes, billing, and system data maintenance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing service schedules and billings
* Coordinating with technicians and customers
* Maintaining accurate service records
* Processing service-related documentation
Required skills and qualifications include:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong focus on providing high-quality customer service and resolving issues courteously and efficiently
* Ability to travel 5% overnight within territory or locations
It would be beneficial if you have previous experience in the healthcare industry and the ability to speak more than one European language.
